3. העצמת הקהילה המקומית ויצירת דיאלוג בין קבוצות שונות בחברה באמצעות אומנות ועשייה תרבותית - חברתית
Festival Beshekel Non-Profit Organization is a social change organization working to:
1. Promote culture and arts in the geographical and social periphery of Israel.
2. Expand the consumption of art and culture
3. Empower peripheral communities and Create dialogue between different groups in society by using social and artistic activities.
