Shatil's leadership initiatives include:

The Everett Fellows for Social Justice which places promising student interns in social change organizations throughout Israel

The Director's Forum for Social Change which enables directors of Israel's leading social change organizations to network, share formulas for success, and build skills related to management strategies and leadership.

The Community Organizing Training Program which harnesses the potential of the individual to affect social change. Past participants have gone on to develop seed projects tackling a wide range of issues from the election system in Arab villages to the protection of local green spaces.

Bedouin Organizations' Directors Course where Bedouin directors learn to translate vision into strategic planning, to develop and implement their skills into projects and to constructively channel organizational, tribal and clan conflicts on behalf of greater social justice for the Negev Bedouin.
